Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CashFlowCast, a cash flow forecasting tool operated for small businesses and entrepreneurs. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

CashFlowCast lets you enter or import financial transactions to generate a projected cash flow forecast. The service does not initiate payments, move funds, or connect directly to your bank on your behalf. Forecasts are estimates based on the data you provide and past patterns; they are not guarantees of future financial outcomes.

3. Not financial, legal, or tax advice

CashFlowCast is a planning tool, not a substitute for advice from a licensed accountant, bookkeeper, financial advisor, or attorney. Decisions you make based on forecasts generated by the service are your responsibility.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter or import. We use it only to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting support.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that forecasts will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashFlowCast and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses, arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
