CashFlowCast plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you will keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not charge for partial future periods after cancellation.
If you believe you were charged in error, or you are within 14 days of your first payment and the service did not meet your expectations, contact [email protected] and we will review the request. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method through Paddle.com, our payment processor.
Renewal charges after the initial 14-day window, and partial-month usage after a cancellation, are generally not refunded, except where required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Go to your account settings and select Cancel subscription, or email [email protected] and we will process it for you.
