When you create an account, we collect your email address, a hashed password, and optionally your business name. When you use the forecasting tool, we store the financial transactions you enter directly, import through a CSV file, or import automatically from a linked bank account via Plaid, including dates, amounts, and descriptions.
CashFlowCast does not store your bank login credentials. To let you import transactions automatically, we use a third-party service (Plaid) that connects securely to your bank on your behalf and shares your account and transaction data with us. We never have the ability to move money in or out of your accounts.
We use the information you provide to operate your account, generate your cash flow forecast, respond to support requests, and send service-related emails such as billing receipts and forecast alerts you opt into. We do not sell your data.
Subscription payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor and merchant of record. Dodo Payments collects and stores your billing details directly; CashFlowCast does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
Data is stored on servers we operate and is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to request a copy of your data or ask that it be deleted. We retain your data for as long as your account is active; if you close your account or request deletion, we delete your data within 30 days.
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
